High Valued Tender for the last wagons of R.A.I

On the 21st of November 2011, by a High Valued Tender, the last wagons of Islamic Republic of Iran Railways were sold to the nongovernmental companies. Behtash Sepahan Co. acquired the covered and flat wagons, Rail Pardaz Seir Co. acquired the high sided open wagons, Tuka Rail Co. obtained six axel high sided open wagons, and Sepehr Zaveh Toos gained cereal wagons. The whole quantities which were sold are about 2235 wagons. By this transferring, R.A.I is just a supervisor and policy maker and will control the performance of private companies.   



Mr.Razzazi was introduced as a new managing director of IRICo

On the 1st of November 2011, managing director of TTRI appreciates Mr.Kiaeiha (previous M.D), and introduces Mr.Razzazi as a new managing director of IRICo (one of TTRI's subsidiaries) in a meeting in factory. Mr.Razzazi is the founder of IRICo in 2003 and has the skillful resume in Railway industry such as Wagon Pars co (14 years) and IRICo (4 Years).

According to brightened period of his managing, it can be forecasted to export wagons to target markets by setting up new production lines.



Receiving the superior booth statue by TTRICo in the 6th Exhibition on Rail Transportation

After the successful presence in The 13th International Conference on Rail Transportation & 6th Exhibition on 24-25th Oct 2011 in Razi Seminar Hall with their subsidiaries (IRICO, Mahtab Seir Jam, Noor-Al-Reza, Samandrail, IRISL, and AlvandNiroo), the superior booth statue was rewarded to TTRICo.



The 13th International Conference on Rail Transportation & 6th Exhibition

TTRI will attend in The 13th International Conference on Rail Transportation & 6th Exhibition on 24-25th Oct 2011 in Razi Seminar Hall with their subsidiaries (IRICO, Mahtab Seir Jam, Noor-Al-Reza, Samandrail, IRISL, and AlvandNiroo).



The 2nd Int'l Exhibition of Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain

TTRICO is going to participate in the 2nd Int'l Exhibition of Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain from 15th to 18th of July in Tehran International Permanent Fairground.



The 2nd International Exhibition of Transportation in Zanjan

TTRI and IRICO were participated in the 2nd Int Exhibition of Transportation in Zanjan from 28th June to 1st July 2011. The 2nd Int Exhibition of Transportation incorporated with the 4th Int Exhibition of Automobile & Motorcycle & Related equipment with the presence of full-grown companies such as Ikco and other important companies. More than 40 active companies in the field of production, automobile, wagons, motorcycle, bicycle and related equipments took part in exhibition.



Quadripartite negotiations to speed up the rail bus project in IRICo

According to speed up the implementation of Rail Bus project in IRICo, quadripartite negotiations was done between TTRI, IRICo (one of TTRI's subsidiaries), Raja, and Hyundai-Rotem with the centrality of TTRI (The owner of IRICo). The final meeting was held on 25th of June, and the following statement was decided:

Stakeholders agreed to complete their commitments, also they emphasized on acceleration of doing their understandings.

Rotem agreed to cooperate to procure the rolling stock needs of TTRI.



Negotiation with the Indonesian Trade Delegation of PT/INKA

The May 2011, TTRICo and the Trade Delegation of PT/INKA from Indonesia (Producer of rolling stocks) negotiated on joint cooperation in the field of passenger trains production. As a result, the knowledge and technology will be exploited by reputable European Companies.



TTRICo is announced as the winner of tender of IRICo

According to the TTRICo’s 5 year plan, and based on the goal of entering to the rolling stock production field, TTRICo acquired 100% shares of  Iran Khodro Rail Transport Industries Company (IRICo) through a tender held by Iran Khodro Co. in March 2011.

In this tender, Mapna, Hesayar, and TTRICo were participated.



 

 

AlvandNiroo was established by the joint cooperation of TTRICo, AlborzNiroo Co., and Shasta Co.

To supply and maintain the required locomotive fleets of the subsidiaries, TTRICo (33%), AlborzNiroo Co. (34%), and Shasta (33%) established a joint cooperated company called “Alvand Niroo Co.” in March 2011. This company, immediately and as continuing the activities done by AlborzNiroo Co., signed its first contract as buying 50 locomotives by the Consortium of Wagon Pars of Iran and Dalian of china.
